North Dakota Park Carry Bill Signed by Governor Hoeven!

On Thursday, April 9, the Governor John Hoeven (R) signed North Dakota’s State Park Carry Bill.House Bill 1389, sponsored by State Representative Karen Karls (R-35), will now allow concealed carry permit holders to carry a firearm in state parks.
North Dakota law had previously prohibited permit holders from carrying in state parks. HB 1389 corrects this problem.
