Nebraska: Legislature Adjourns from its 2019 Legislative Session

Today, the Nebraska Legislature adjourned early from its 2019 Legislative Session.  This session saw the introduction of legislation that would allow Second Amendment rights to be suspended following baseless accusations without due process, Legislative Bill 58.  Thanks to your calls and emails, LB 58 did not advance out of committee and was unsuccessful this session.

Thank you to NRA Members and Second Amendment supporters who contacted their lawmakers in opposition to this anti-gun legislation.

Your NRA-ILA will continue to keep you updated about Second Amendment issues in Nebraska.
