Delaware: Wilmington City Council unveils gun control bill

Wilmington City Council on Thursday unveiled a package of gun control measures it hopes could address the city's gun violence, but the proposal drew immediate questions about whether the lawmakers are overstepping their bounds.
The major part of the proposed ordinance outlines a requirement that residents register their firearms with the police department.
