SB 300, the FFL Killer bill, has been assigned to the House Administration Committee where it will receive a hearing within 12 legislative days. This legislation will impose onerous licensing requirements that will drive many Delaware gun stores out of business. These costly and burdensome new requirements on gun stores go far beyond what is required at any other retail establishment, including high end surveillance cameras, video storage and more. Please use the take action button below to contact committee members and urge them to OPPOSE SB 300!
