Yesterday, the House Administration Committee advanced SB 300, the FFL Killer bill, making it eligible for a vote on the House floor. This legislation will impose onerous licensing requirements that will drive many Delaware gun stores out of business. These costly and burdensome new requirements on gun stores go far beyond what is required at any other retail establishment, including high end surveillance cameras, video storage and more. Please contact your senator and urge them to OPPOSE SB 300!
