Nebraska Ban On Internet Hunting Heads to Governor's Desk

Legislative Bill 504, introduced by State Senator Mick Mines (18), would prohibit hunting via the Internet as well as hosting websites that facilitate hunting via the Internet.  LB504 passed the Assembly 45 to 0 on Tuesday, May 22. 


This bill now heads to Governor Dave Heineman’s (R) desk for his expected signature.
