San Francisco Postpones Prop H Enforcement

The City of San Francisco has agreed to postpone enforcement of the provision of Prop H that bans the sale or transfer of any firearm or ammunition until March 1, 2006. In the interim, the NRA lawsuit challenging the ordinance will be filed in the Superior Court, since the Court opf Appeal declined to exercise jurisdiction until the Superior Court had heard the matter.
