HB 155, introduced by Representative Lindsay Harrington (R-72), prohibits any form of gun registration in Florida. HB-155 had previously passed the House by a vote of 81-35 and passed the Senate by a vote of 29-9. The bill was sent back to the House for concurrence and was approved by a vote of 86-32.
