With session scheduled to end on June 30th, legislators in Dover are still considering SB 300, the FFL Killer bill. Your emails and phone calls have been working and have helped hold this bill up so far. Please continue to contact your senator and urge them to OPPOSE SB 300.
SB 300 will impose onerous licensing requirements that will drive many Delaware gun stores out of business. These costly and burdensome new requirements on gun stores go far beyond what is required at any other retail establishment, including high end surveillance cameras, video storage and more.
