Senate Bill 2733, sponsored by State Senator James Seward (R-51), would prohibit information contained within a pistol license application or information about a licensee from being shared with anyone other than a law enforcement agency for the purpose of conducting a criminal investigation.
SB2733 is pending consideration on the floor of the State Senate.
