On Wednesday, January 30, at 10:00 a.m. in the North Hearing Room, the Senate Judiciary - Criminal Justice Committee will be hearing Senate Bill 184 “Castle Doctrine.”
SB 184, sponsored by State Senator Steve Buehrer (R-1), would help restore the fundamental right of self-defense. This legislation would restore the right of individuals to respond in force in defense of their lives and family without fear of civil lawsuits by criminals.
