Ohio Law Requires Wildlife Program To Keep Hunting Fees

Gov. Bob Taft has signed a bill requiring the state Division of Wildlife to keep fees it receives from hunters and anglers. The bill prohibits the Department of Natural Resources from taking fees for fishing and hunting licenses and using them to fund other non-wildlife programs.
