Illinois Legislators Approve Law Imposing Sentences On Gun-Totting Felons

Illinois House of Representatives has overwhelmingly approved the Armed Habitual Offender Act. It would prescribe prison terms of up to 30 years for anyone convicted of three or more serious felonies who is found with a gun.
