HB 641, the NRA-backed Right To Carry Reform bill, on Saturday, February 19, at 9:00am in Room 324 of the State Capitol in Santa Fe. HB 641 by Rep. John Heaton (D-Carlsbad) lowers the minimum age requirement for a Concealed Handgun License to 21, gives DPS authority to enter into reciprocal agreements with other states, and makes other improvements to the state`s carry law.
