FTC: No Need To Ban Junk Food Ads

The Federal Trade Commission said June 7 that the government has no plans to ban junk food advertising aimed at children. Todd Zywicki, policy planning director for the federal agency that monitors advertising, said, "The agency is not going to ban free speech that is not misleading."
