Indiana Senate To Vote On HB 1349

The State Senate Criminal, Civil and Public Policy Committee voted February 17, on an amendment to HB 1349 authored by Senator Bob Meeks (R-13). Senator Meeks` amendment protects law-abiding gun owners from frivolous lawsuits if an unauthorized party misuses their firearm.
