New York City Council Approves Int. 211

Tuesday, December 17, 2002

On December 4, as expected, the New York City Council unanimously approved Int. 211, a redundant and unnecessary measure that does nothing more than restate the Police Department`s ability to abuse the licensing process by denying a shotgun or rifle license to anyone for any reason. Thank you to NRA members who made calls to your city council members in opposition to this measure.
