Indiana - Elkhart County Passes Ban on Carrying Concealed Firearms

Elkhart County passed its ban on carrying concealed firearms in public buildings. The ban, which was passed without public input, actually extends beyond firearms, and is so restrictive that a $250 fine could be imposed if someone merely carries a pocket knife into a building. Gun owners should write or call County Commissioners Phil Neff and Phil Stiver to express their outrage:
