When a man attempted to rob a Wilmington, Calif., liquor
store, he didn't count on the store clerk's quick reaction. The
clerk, sensing the man's intentions, drew a gun just as the would-be
robber pulled his. The robber promptly laid his gun on the counter,
asked if the clerk would like to buy it, and fled.
