Edgar Macias, 18, and his mother were working in their family grocery store in Miami, Fla., when three armed robbers entered, demanding cash. Macias quickly grabbed a pistol and shot one robber, while his mother opened up on the other criminals. Two men, one wounded, were later captured and held in connection with the attempted robbery.
