South Dakota: Gun Bills On the Move

On Wednesday, January 28th, the House Commerce Committee unanimously passed Senate Bill 2, removing suppressors from the controlled weapons list at the state level. SB 2 now advanced to the House floor, with a vote scheduled for Thursday, January 29th. Please contact your Representative today by using the TAKE ACTION button below and urge them to SUPPORT SB 2!

Additionally, the House Judiciary committee has scheduled a hearing on House Bill 1114 for Monday, February 2nd. HB 1114 creates a new category of prohibited persons without due process. Please contact members of the committee and urge them to OPPOSE HB 1114!
