Missouri: Public Transit Carry Bill Awaits Action in the Senate

With the legislative deadline quickly approaching, House Bill 328, expanding self-defense opportunities for people utilizing public transportation. has only a week left to pass in the Senate. HB 328 passed out of the House on April 10th, and passed the Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee on April 24th.

Please contact your Senator TODAY and urge them to SUPPORT HB 328 when it arrives on the floor!

HB 328 repeals the current prohibition of lawful concealed carry on public transportation, including buses and bus terminals. This will allow for lawful concealed carry permit holders to have access to their firearms while riding or waiting at a station for public transportation.
