Today, the South Carolina General Assembly passed Constitutional Carry and the bill is now headed to Governor McMaster for his signature. South Carolina is poised to become the 29th state to allow for constitutional/permitless carry and has taken another significant step in advancing the Second Amendment rights for all South Carolinians.
House Bill 3594 strengthens the right to self-defense in South Carolina by recognizing the right of all adults to carry a concealed firearm without first obtaining the government's permission.
