North Dakota does not have a regular legislative session this year. It is one of four states whose legislature meets biennially in odd-numbered years.
Even though the North Dakota legislature will not have regular legislative meetings, there will be important interim committee meetings being held that will decide on legislation for 2023. We will be monitoring and participating in these meetings as appropriate.
