Kansas: House Committee Defeats Anti-Gun Legislation

Today, the Kansas House Committee on Federal and State Affairs voted down House Bill 2150 by an 11-11 vote, with the Chairman abstaining from breaking the tie.  HB 2150 sought to make it unlawful for individuals to carry a firearm for self-defense into the Kansas University Hospital.
