Missouri: Permitless Carry to go into Effect in the New Year

Following a huge fight during the 2016 Legislative Session, Senate Bill 656 was enacted into law and the provision that will recognize Missourians' right to Constitutional/Permitless Carry will go into effect on January 1, 2017.
