House Bill 114, introduced by Representative Allen Jaggi (R-19), passed in the Wyoming House of Representatives earlier this week by an overwhelming 42-17 vote, and would eliminate specific “gun free zones” in Wyoming, respecting the right of law-abiding concealed carry permit holders to lawfully carry in any meeting of a government entity, any public K-12 school and on the campus of any public college or university.
