State Senator Jason Rapert’s (R-35) Senate Bill 858, which would establish that Arkansas recognize any valid Right-to-Carry permit issued by another state, is awaiting consideration by the Senate Judiciary Committee. This important reform would replace the current conditional reciprocity standard. Please contact members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and urge them to support SB 858 when it is brought up for consideration.
