South Dakota: House Expected to Vote on Right-to-Carry Reform on Monday

Friday, March 1, 2013

On Monday, March 4, Senate Bill 166, introduced by state Senator Larry Rhoden (R-29) and state Representative Gary Cammack (R-29), will be eligible for a final vote in the South Dakota House of Representatives.

SB 166 will extend the validity of the state Permit to Carry a Concealed Pistol from four to five years.  Please contact your state Representative TODAY and urge him or her to support this simple, but important, reform for law-abiding gun owners on Monday.  For help identifying your state Representative and their contact information, please click here.
