Missouri: Right-to-Carry changes for Raymore City Hall advance

The Raymore City Council took a big step Monday night toward being able to exercise their Right-to-Carry during meetings. The council voted 7-1 on a package that would allow members to carry concealed weapons during meetings and also would allow citizens to carry guns into parks and into City Hall -- except during council meetings, because that is barred under state law.
