Please Contact the Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee Today!

The Senate Judiciary Committee could consider House Bill 160 as early as Tuesday, April 6.  

Simply put, HB160 would allow a person to brandish a firearm in response to a forceful threat.  State
Senator Robert Letourneau (R-19) will be offering an amendment to strengthen the measure.

Please contact the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee TODAY and ask them to support Senator Letourneau’s amendment and to pass HB160.  Contact information for the committee can be found below.
