In a perfect world, problems don't exist, I suppose. But in the world we've got, perfection occurs when one problem becomes the solution to many others. Which leads me to pronounce that perfection is being achieved at the Edward W. Chance Reserve's Gilley Creek Tract in Manatee County. There, the Southwest Florida Water Management District's problem of feral hogs destroying native habitat is being solved by allowing youths to hunt the pigs.
