Earlier this week the House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved two critically important pro-Second Amendment measures: House Bill 1383, sponsored by State Representative Stanley Cox (R-118), and House Bill 2034, authored by State Representative Brian Munzlinger (R-1).
HB1383 would prohibit business owners from denying law-abiding gun owners the right to store a firearm in a locked vehicle in a public parking area.
HB2034 seeks to greatly enhance Missouri's range protection statute to ensure that current and future generations of law-abiding gun owners have adequate ranges at which they can practice safe and responsible firearms use.
