The Indiana Senate Corrections, Criminal, and Civil Matters Committee will meet on Tuesday, January 22 to consider Senate Bill 356, authored by State Senator and NRA Board Member Johnny Nugent (R-43). SB356 would prohibit any government entity from banning the lawful carrying or possession of firearms on public property, with exemptions for inside all airports, as well as correctional and mental health facilities.
