Wednesday, June 13 will be Sportsmen’s Day at the Capitol. This event will provide a day for sportsmen and gun-rights advocates to come to Madison and speak with legislators on the issues that affect them, such as land access, gun rights, and hunting regulations.
Sportsmen’s Day is sponsored by the Hunters Rights Coalition, an organization made up of members from National Rifle Association, Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association, Wisconsin Safari Club International, Wisconsin National Wild Turkey Federation, U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance, and Sporting Heritage, Inc.
The event begins at 1:30 p.m. in Room 328 North/West, in the State Capitol.
