Oregon “No Net Loss” Legislation Passes House, Moves to Senate

House Bill 3164, sponsored by State Representative Wayne Krieger (R-1), passed the House by a vote of 51 to 7 on Tuesday, April 24.  

HB3164 is an NRA-supported bill that would require the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) to replace any public lands they
close to hunting with an equal number of public lands that must be re-opened to hunting.
