Massachusetts: Public Comments Sought on Management Alternatives for Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge!

The Fish and Wildlife Service released a draft comprehensive conservation plan to guide the management of this Massachusetts refuge for the next 15 years. 

The refuge is currently open to hunting, so it is important that the refuge receives comments in support of this public use. 

The closing date for comments is Tuesday, April 17th.  Comments can be sent to Carl Melberg, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Regional Office, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035 or by email to northeastplanning@fws.gov.  The plan is on view at http://library.fws.gov/ccps.htm.  For information call 413-253-8521.
