Hearing Scheduled for Hawaii Bill to Repeal Magazine Ban!

Please Contact the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor Today!

The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, State Senator Clayton Hee (D-23), will hear House Bill 248, legislation to repeal the 10 round limit on detachable magazines.  The hearing will be held this Monday, April 2, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 229. 

 

Please attend this important hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please send your testimony in support of HB248 via fax at 586-6659, toll-free for neighbor islands by phone at 1-800-586-6659, or email testimony@capitolhawaii.gov.  HB248 is the second bill on the agenda, so the bill testimony should start close to 9:00 a.m. and be over by 10:00 a.m.
