Two important pro-gun pieces of legislation unanimously passed the West Virginia House of Delegates on Tuesday, February 27.
House Bill 3074 would amend reciprocity requirements as well as authorize the Attorney General to execute reciprocity agreements with other states pertaining to the recognition of permits to carry concealed handguns.
Also, House Bill 2223 would restrict public access to the records of concealed carry permit holders, thus ensuring your right to privacy.
