Proposal, LD 307, would permit hunting on Sundays by landowners or their immediate family members on every 20-acre (or more) parcel of land they own in Maine, with one caveat: It must also be left open to public hunting the rest of the week. The landowners would be required to register (for free) with the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife in order to qualify.
