Philly Mayor Street won`t accept that his "anti-crime" measures have not worked. Perhaps they have not worked, however, because his "anti-crime" efforts call for all kinds of programs but refuse to actually target criminals: "Street said he was "unwilling" to substantially increase funding for more prison space, more prosecutors, or more criminal courts." But of course: "he will continue his call for stricter gun-control laws."
