Senate Race Set: Webb To Face Allen

Former Republican James H. Webb, Jr. handily won a Democratic U.S. Senate primary June 13, setting up a fall contest with Sen. George Allen that will draw national attention. Allen said he had anticipated a Webb victory and hoped that Webb supporters John Kerry and Charles Schumer come to Virginia.
