Thanks to your calls, House Bill 78, the Alaska-style right to carry measure sponsored by State Representative Becket Hinckley (R-41), has been sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee. However, as of late Thursday morning, a committee hearing has not been scheduled. The deadline for this bill to be heard in committee is this Friday, March 3.
In order for HB 78 to be heard, a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing must be scheduled by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, John Hanes. He needs to hear from you, TODAY! Please contact him and request for a hearing to be scheduled on HB 78!

Senate Committees is this Friday, March 3!
