House Bill 78, the Alaska-style right to carry measure sponsored by State Representative Becket Hinckley (R-41), is being held-up in the Senate general file. This NRA-backed bill is waiting for the Senate to take action by sending it to the Senate Judiciary Committee.  In order to get HB 78 moving, Senate President, Grant Larson, and the Majority Floor Leader, John Schiffer need to hear from you, TODAY!


The last day for this bill to pass out of Senate Committee is this Friday, March 3!
