Friday, February 24, 2006

House Bill 1028, sponsored by Representative Eric Koch (R-65), prohibits employers from enforcing policies that ban employees from lawfully possessing firearms in locked vehicles on employers’ property, further enhancing your right to self-defense.

HB 1028 was amended to exclude the parking lot language, and now moves to the Senate floor.  Please call your State Senator at (317) 232-9600 and ask him or her to support this important legislation!
