HB 998, sponsored by Representatives Tom Graves (R-12), passed the House Public Safety Committee and now sits in the House Rules Committee. HB 998 would protect the rights of all Georgians who carry firearms in their vehicles for protection and other lawful purposes, thereby stopping businesses from controlling what private property you have in your personal vehicle.
