Patrick Rose (D-Dripping Springs), which exempts military personnel with recent handgun training from the range instruction portion of the Concealed Handgun License course. Tommy Williams (R-The Woodlands), which protects hunting opportunities on private land annexed by a municipality. The committee will meet at 9:00 a.m in Room E1.028 of the Capitol Extension.
