H. 3110, NRA-backed legislation that seeks to expand the list of states that recognize a South Carolina Right-to-Carry permit, and vice versa, is on the House Judiciary Committee agenda for February 22. Originally introduced as a straight recognition bill, H. 3110 has been amended to allow for reciprocity agreements where other states require them. Please contact members of the House Judiciary Committee and urge them to support this critical reform. Politely remind them that the right to self- defense does not end at the South Carolina state line,
