As legislators gather today for the latest episode in the Western Hemisphere`s longest-running reality series, I`m hoping that reasoned, informed debate will decide a couple of issues topping the agenda of folks who hunt, fish, hike, camp and frolic in Virginia`s outdoors.
The first concerns blinds used to hunt migratory waterfowl. Two bills have been filed that will look familiar to lawmakers. They were contained in a single measure last year that passed the House but failed in the Senate.
