On Saturday July 19th, the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs will be hosting the 5th Annual "Women’s Day At The Range". The event will be held for women of all ages from 9:00AM to 4:00PM at the Cherry Ridge Range on Canistear Road in Highland Lakes, NJ. The event is free and equipment will be provided. Classroom instruction and target practice is provided by certified instructors in pistol, rifle, and shotgun. Morning coffee and free lunch will be served. Hundreds of women of all ages, backgrounds and professions have participated in Women’s Day at the Range. Women learn shooting skills in a safe and friendly environment, and learn to shoot for the sport or just to have fun.
Directions: Take U.S. Route 46 West to Route 23 North. Follow Route 23 North for approximately 21 miles to Canistear Road. Exit right onto Canistear Road and follow for approximately 4 miles. Entrance to Cherry Ridge Range is on the right.
